We operate online from Islamabad, Pakistan. Orders ship nationwide with PostEx.
There is no shopfront to visit, but there is always a person on the number above during business hours.
What we can help with
- Which product suits my skin. Tell us your skin type and what you are dealing with and we will give you an honest answer, including "none of ours, try X instead" if that is the truth.
- Order status. Send your order number and we will chase PostEx.
- Returns and refunds. Message us within 7 days. Full policy here.
- Ordering without a card. We can place a cash on delivery order for you over WhatsApp.
- Stockist and wholesale enquiries. Email shopfeyre.co@gmail.com with your business details.
