The products
Will this leave a white cast on my skin tone?
No. BareScreen uses chemical UV filters in a clear gel base rather than zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which are what cause white cast. It dries down completely invisible on light, medium and deep skin, including in flash photography.
If it shows up on you, message us and we will refund you.
Is this safe for oily and acne-prone skin?
The moisturizer and sunscreen are both formulated for normal to oily skin. The cleanser and moisturizer contain fragrance — if you'd like to check first, patch test on your jawline for three days before using it on your whole face. The full ingredient list for all three products is published here.
The moisturizer already has SPF 25. Do I still need the sunscreen?
If you are going outdoors, yes. SPF is only as strong as the amount you apply, and nobody applies moisturizer thickly enough to get the full 25. Treat the moisturizer as an indoor baseline and BareScreen as real protection. Longer explanation here.
What does PA+++ mean?
SPF measures protection from UVB, the rays that burn. PA measures UVA, the rays that cause pigmentation, dark spots, melasma and ageing. PA+++ means high UVA protection.
Many sunscreens carry a large SPF number and weak UVA coverage. If you are fighting pigmentation, PA is the number to check.
How long does each product last?
Cleanser (120ml): roughly 2–3 months at twice daily use.
Moisturizer (100ml): roughly 3–4 months.
Sunscreen (30g): roughly 3–4 weeks if you are applying and reapplying properly.
Sunscreen is meant to run out. If a tube lasts you six months, you are not using enough.
Are you cruelty free?
Yes. No Feyre product is tested on animals at any stage.
Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We are not doctors and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Take the ingredient list from this page to your doctor and ask them. That is the right answer, not a reassuring one from us.
Ordering and delivery
How much is delivery?
Rs. 199 flat across Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs. 2,000.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days, anywhere in Pakistan, with PostEx. You'll get tracking emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on every order, nationwide.
Pay online instead and we take 10% off. Code PREPAID10 at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, and online payment by bank transfer.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message 0300 1033973 with what you want and your address, and we will place the order for you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. Use that to follow your parcel. Can't find it? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.
Returns
What if it doesn't work for me?
Message us within 7 days of delivery. If it's unopened, we'll refund you in full. If it caused a reaction or arrived faulty, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it. If you opened it and it just wasn't for you, we can't refund an opened cosmetic — but tell us anyway, it helps us point you to something that might suit you better.
Can I return something I've opened?
If it caused a reaction, or the product was faulty or damaged, yes, in full. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
If you simply changed your mind, we can only accept it unopened and unused.
My order arrived damaged.
Photograph it before you do anything else and send it to 0300 1033973. We will send a replacement out the same day.
