How long it takes
3–5 working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Same timeline whether you are in Karachi or Gilgit.
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm ship the next working day. Sunday orders ship Monday.

Who delivers it
We ship with PostEx. You'll get an email with your tracking number and link once your order is dispatched.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on every order, nationwide.
We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before we ship it. You will get a short message asking you to confirm your order and address. This is how we make sure the parcel actually reaches you and how we keep prices where they are. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will hold the order rather than send it out.
Please have the exact amount ready for the rider. Riders often cannot make change for large notes.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours. Message us. We chase PostEx so you do not have to.
- You missed the rider. PostEx usually attempts delivery twice. Message us and we will arrange a re-attempt.
- Parcel arrived damaged. Photograph it before opening and send the photo to 0300 1033973. Replacement goes out same day.
- Wrong item. Our mistake, our cost. We collect the wrong one and send the right one.
